Ferrite Determ SP10a铁素体测定仪

1、应用

 化工机械、核工业、造船、锅炉制造等行业，大量使用的压力容器、管道、构件和阀门等，很多是用奥氏体不锈钢及双相不锈钢等材料焊接制成的。通常情况下，装载不同介质的不锈钢容器的焊接，要求控制不同的δ铁素体含量。因为，从焊接性(裂纹敏感性)角度，要求其含量大于5%为好，从抗腐蚀性能角度， 在一般介质中δ铁素体含量大于 8%为好；但在诸如尿素之类介质中，以小于 0.5%为好；从机械性能角度，特别是在中、高温下工作的焊缝，以小于 5%为宜， 否则将产生西格玛相脆化。目前双相不锈钢在工程上得到广泛的应用，其焊缝的δ铁素体含量要求在 30~60%之间。因此，奥氏体不锈钢焊接生产和科研工作中，均需方便而准确地控制和测量焊缝或熔敷金属以及复层焊缝的δ铁素体的含量。  

   SP10a 型铁素体仪为准确测量焊缝的δ铁素体含量提供了便利，测量结果符合*标准 GB/T1954-2008，国际标准 ISO-8249-2000 及美国标准 ANSI/AWS 4.2-1997中关于铁素体测量仪器的规定。

2、特点

 LCD 点阵显示，中英文菜单操作。

 同屏显示测量值及统计结果：*值 Max、*小值 Min、平均值 Men、标准差 Svq。

 两种测量单位可选，FN 为铁素体数， Fe%为铁素体百分含量。

 二种测量模式 SAVE，FREE,，满足相应的测量需要。

 无损测量，简单易用。

本仪器主要针对奥氏体不锈钢及双相不锈钢焊缝中δ铁素体含量的测量，其测量参数为：

1. Preface

   In the chemical industry the stress-bearing members of containers，pipes，reactor vessels and other plant are usually made of austenitic steel or duplex steel or cladding of austenitic chromium-nickel steel．The residual ferrite content must be within a specific range compatible with the mechanical strength requirements or the item concerned．

  The SP10a was developed to facilitate accurate ferrite content measurements on welded seams and cladding items. It gives results that match for the standards of GB/T1954-2008、ISO 8249 and ANSI/AWS A4.2.
